Grace Peck Terrace
Studio Petretti led the interior redesign and refinishing of a 1970’s affordable housing building with 95 units. The scope focused on re-planning ground floor amenities with a trauma-informed design approach, including community dining area, coffee lounge, mail services, property manager office, case manager office, laundry room, assisted computer station, and warming kitchen. Refinishing included all shared spaces and apartment units with updated kitchen cabinetry, appliances and fixtures, flooring, paint, and lighting.
This project is a collaboration between Walsh Construction, who is leading the Design/Build project, and Holst Architects who are leading the exterior skin design.
